Refund Policy

At MinuteStyle India Pvt. Ltd., we strive to provide a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms under which customers can cancel orders and request refunds when shopping through our website, Android app, or iOS app.
1. Order Cancellation
a. For Siliguri (29-Minute Delivery Zone):

Due to the ultra-fast delivery model, orders once placed cannot be cancelled after confirmation.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact our support team immediately within 2 minutes of placing it. Cancellation requests after this window may not be possible.
b. For Other Locations (3–4 Day Delivery):

You may cancel your order before it is shipped by visiting your account > My Orders or contacting our support.

Once the order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. You may initiate a return after delivery, if eligible.
2. Return & Exchange Policy
We currently allow returns and exchanges in select cases. A product may be eligible for return or exchange if:

It was damaged or defective on arrival

You received the wrong item or size

The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition and packaging
Return Timeline:

Return requests must be raised within 2 days of delivery.

Products must be handed over to our pickup agent (if available in your area) or shipped back by you within 5 days of request approval.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed as follows:

Refund Mode: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (e.g., UPI, card, wallet) or as store credit, as per your preference.

Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.

Shipping Charges: Original shipping or delivery fees (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
4. Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund

Items marked as final sale, clearance, or non-returnable

Innerwear, swimwear, or personal hygiene products

Products that show signs of use, damage, or wear

Items returned without original tags or packaging
5. Order Issues
If you receive:

An incomplete order

The wrong item
Please contact us with a photo or video of the product and packaging within 24 hours of delivery. We'll prioritize resolving the issue or arranging a replacement/refund.
